Within 3 hours you will receive your delicious Yu Xiang Yan Fresh’s Cooked bird’s nest in your place, for your enjoyment! Complimentary bowl and spoon are provided

2. ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD ONLINE FRESH?

Yes. Products sold online are fresh, and kept within temperature control.

3. IS ONLINE ORDERING & PROCESSING SAFE?

Yes. We are using Stripe with highly updated security system for you to purchase your products. We believe in personal assistance. Therefore our Online Shop Hotline (+65) 8181 7731 or our Office Hotline (+65) 6842 6855 / 6842 5852 are especially created for enquiry .

We ensure our products are properly packed for shipping internationally as well. We ship promptly, and update any shipping process soonest.

4. WHAT’S THE NORMAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Depending on your order (e.g. fresh versus cookers), we take few minutes up to 3 working days to process and ship your order.

5. WHAT’S THE CURRENCY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?

All pricing is based on Singapore dollars as our online promotions are for Singapore only.

However, interested overseas buyers can call or drop us an email to check out for overseas purchase and overseas delivery rate.

6. CAN I CHANGE CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT OR REFUND?

Orders of freshly cooked bird’s nest can be cancelled within 15 minutes after the payment during office hour.

For other products, any request for product return or exchange shall be made within 7 days of delivery. Purchased Products MUST NOT BE UNWRAPPED OR OPENED. Products being returned and/or exchanged must include the original box and/or packaging in its original condition.

Any shipment cost back to us shall be borne by the customer.

7. OVERSEAS SHIPPING & DELIVERY

For overseas buyer, we will provide a quote on the delivery cost before shipment. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will send our bank account to you. Once you make your payment we will ship the product out. Note that rules & regulations are subject to change for all international shipment and freight.

International Shipment Regulations

Shipment of goods is subject to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the prevailing tax rate of the destination country, and subject to custom regulations of the receiving country. Customer assumes full loss when the package is refused entry, confiscated, destroyed or returned. No refund of product or shipping charges whatsoever. Customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Stripe, or you can choose to bank transfer to our OCBC bank account (bank account provided upon request).

10. CAN I MAKE PURCHASE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT FOUND IN ONLINE STORE BUT ON YOUR PRODUCTS PAGE?

Yes. You can email or call to inform us about your interested products. We will service you separately.

11. WHAT IS OUR OPERATING HOUR FOR ONLINE AND SERVICE HOURS?

Our Online Operating Hours is 24 hours per day.

Our Service Hours is from Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm excluding public holidays.

All of our online products are sold by “Yu Xiang Yan” brand , and our products are of highest quality. Our one-stop factory are NEA accredited in health & hygiene. All of our factories are halal certified.
