Refund policy


To be eligible for returns, will need to fill up the return merchandise form completed. The policy is valid for only 7 days, we reserve the right to offer exchange or refund going if going beyond the timeline.

Product must not be opened and in their original packaging Please note that Local Delivery charges are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Delivery costs pertaining to all returns shall be borne by the customer. Sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be made within 30 – 45 days.
  • If payment was made with your debit card or credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
  • If payment was made via a bank account or PayPal balance, payment will be refunded back to the same PayPal balance.
  • Refunds are in the same currency and at the same conversion rate at the original payment.


For items sold during a promotion, coupon offers etc, longer processing time is required, and refund is subjected to approval, we will refund to your credit wallet instead, and credits is exchangeable for cash, refer to our e wallet loyalty program.


  • If you return a product that does not meet the requirements for returns set above, we reserve the right to reject the return and request for a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will respond within 24 hours.
